The Seitz Family is complete!  Our sweet little girl, Quinn Sabia, was born November 16th.  


I'll be returning to work after the New Year.  I can't wait to get back to work helping everyone become their healthiest and writing more blogs (now that I have at least SOME of my brains back ;)  )!
